So I went to Marrakech, Morocco last week. We stayed in a beautiful riad in the Medina. We also took a trip to the Zagora desert. Our wonderful guide, Omar taught us so many beautiful things about the culture of the Berber villages living in the Atlas mountains. We grew to love so many things about Moroccan culture. I will be posting a separate post for the Jardin Majorelle soon...
The sunrise at 6am in the Zagora desert.
Watch out for the snake dudes.
Mint tea is a must.
He caught me creepin.
There's a stork in the middle. At the Bahia Palace ruins.
Berber women in the Atlas Mountains making Argan oil.
Learning how the rugs are made. She let me do a few knots!
Mimoun and Salliban.
Our amazing campsite.
Our hangout tent where we played drums, sang, and drank mint tea until dinner time.
I love Morocco.
